Ms. Williams has successfully led Careington to become the premier marketer of dental, medical, health and lifestyle discount plans that proudly serves more than eight million members.
As CEO of Munroe Sutton, Ms. Williams and her team have expanded these same successful business models to the UK. Munroe Sutton will incorporate the successful health care solutions, developed by Ms. Williams and her team, to provide access to discounts on private dental and optical care.
Ms. Williams currently serves as the vice chairman of the Consumer Health Alliance, the national trade association of the discount health care industry, and previously served as the chairman of the association. CHA represents more than 28 million consumers in the US and advocates for consumers’ rights to choose affordable and practical health care programs and products.
Stewart Sweda - Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
During his 17-year career in the non-insured discount health industry, Stewart has helped Careington International grow to be one of the largest and best known US health care corporations. Stewart has worked in many areas of the company and is intimately familiar with all aspects of the business and the health care industry at large. Stewart serves as an active member of the National Association of Dental Plans and the Consumer Health Alliance representing the consumers' right to choose affordable and practical health care programs and products.
As chief sales and marketing officer of Munroe Sutton, Stewart oversees all aspects of sales, marketing and provider network development, including product development, direct marketing, customer service and provider relations.
Stewart’s comprehensive product knowledge, expansive market awareness and visionary leadership have been instrumental in establishing Munroe Sutton in the United Kingdom. With this new corporation, Stewart will incorporate
the same techniques he used to increase Careington's membership from 500,000 to more than eight million.
Melissa Baumann - Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of Munroe Sutton, Melissa Baumann is responsible for all fiduciary aspects of the company. Melissa oversees the operations of the accounting and finance, fulfillment, licensing and regulation, and human resources departments. As a Certified Public Accountant, her knowledge and background are essential in overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury management, and short- and long-range strategic finance and capital planning for the company.
Jeremy Hedrick - Vice President of Network and Product
Jeremy Hedrick is the Vice President of Network and Product for Munroe Sutton. He is responsible for the strategic leadership of Munroe Sutton’s practitioner network including recruiting, contracting and credentialing, management
of provider data, quality assurance, provider education and front-line customer service for all group dental practices.
In addition to the network development responsibilities in the UK, Jeremy also serves as the Vice President of Network
and Product for Munroe Sutton’s US affiliate, Careington International Corporation, where he oversees a practitioner network of over 85,000 providers.
Marcy Ward - Assistant Vice President of Finance
As Assistant Vice President of Finance for Munroe Sutton, Marcy Ward manages the company’s accounting, auditing and financial reporting functions. With more than 11 years of experience in the health care industry, she has held leadership positions in marketing and network development and brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development and product management to the company.
